I’ve had my underground fence with my pit bull for 3 yrs. It has been a wonderful experience. My 3 yr old can run freely in the yard. There are dogs at the houses on each side of me and he doesn’t try to go there. He doesn’t run out toward the road which is busy. I highly recommend this fence system. Brent was great throughout the entire process. We even had to wait quite several months after our initial quote before we could install due to other ground work being done on the property. He never rushed us nor forgot about us. He was upfront and honest about all the products offered and never pressured us to choose a particular item. Once we were finally ready for the install, we contacted him and he was able to give us a date and he did in fact install on that date. Once the install was completed, he conducted very easy to follow training with myself and our German Shepherd. We would highly recommend Brent and would use his services and products again, if needed.read more

I worked with Brent to design an invisible fencing system to help our pups enjoy the yard without fear of them escaping or getting hurt. Brent was thorough, thoughtful, punctual, professional and extremely helpful in not only designing our system to meet our needs, but also following up and making sure everything worked perfectly once completed (our requested layout was not a simple task!). We have had Pet Stop fencing for 18+ years. Lew took care of us for years and now Brent is doing an exceptional job taking care of our furbabies. We have had two Standard Poodles (we loved both for 14 years) and now have a 4 yr old 42 lb Golden Doodle with a lot of energy and a 13 yr old 8 lb Coton de Tulear who is a tiny comedian. The collars and fencing have been perfect for all of them - different sizes, personalities, and even intelligence. Brent responds very quickly to any question or problem we may have and makes sure my family is taken care of. We will never use anyone else!!read more

Brent installed an invisible fence on our property in Madison over a year ago. The system itself has been fantastic at keeping our two big dogs safe and able to enjoy the outdoors. Pet owner for 20+ years and always tried other fencing systems that would inevitably fail. None have worked like this one. None were even close. We have a large male dog 90-100lbs. After his training a year and a half ago he hasn’t gotten out once. Not once. Recommended to family and they’ve had the same experience. The system is exceptional. We adopted a one year old dog, Bennett, who turned out to be an escape artist. My wife and I were concerned about the dog getting loose with the kids opening the doors and potentially running in the street. We reached out to Lew at Pet Stop of North Alabama to explain our situation and he was out the following week installing our system. Lew is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. The level of quality during the installation exceeded our expectations. The guys were very neat and the attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. They even ran the wire inside of conduit to connect into the garage so it won't get damaged while doing yard work. I attached some pictures so you can see for yourself. We followed the training guidelines and we are now at ease knowing that Bennett is safely in the yard. Even with the temptation of the neighborhood cat walking down the sidewalk, Bennett stands 10' back and sits and stares. I can't explain how nice it is not having to worry about his safety.
